Hi, I’m Allison. I started The Coordination Company because I’ve spent my entire career helping people manage the details behind the scenes — whether that meant planning high-profile events, coordinating busy schedules, managing complex projects, or simply making someone else’s day run a little smoother.

Based in Bentonville, Arkansas, I’ve proudly called Northwest Arkansas home for the past nine years. During that time, I’ve had the opportunity to work with organizations throughout the region and across the country. Before moving to Arkansas, I spent 15 years in the Washington, D.C. area supporting nonprofit organizations, business owners, and private clients through event planning, concierge support, fundraising, executive operations, and special projects.

Here in Northwest Arkansas, I’ve worked with organizations including Heartland Forward, Runway Group, The Peel Compton Foundation, and Governor Asa Hutchinson’s leadership team. My experience also includes serving in the Office of Governor Mike Huckabee.

Whether coordinating leadership summits, fundraising events, community celebrations, travel logistics, or behind-the-scenes coordination, I’ve built my career on organization, discretion and follow-through.

Today, I bring that same level of professionalism and attention to detail to every client I serve. Whether you need an experienced event planner, personal and professional support, project coordination, or someone to simplify the demands of everyday life, my goal is simple: to help make life easier by handling the details you don’t have time for.

When I’m not coordinating events or checking things off a client’s to-do list, you’ll usually find me on the mountain bike trails around Northwest Arkansas, spending time with my family, volunteering in the community, or planning my next adventure.
